FSR (Federal Staffing Resources) is seeking an Training and Exercise Consultant to provide services in Brooklyn, NY.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum five (5) years documented experience supporting training and exercise activities in the field of emergency management
  •  Certification and experience teaching emergency management curriculum
  •  Certification and experience teaching FEMA Emergency Management Courses
  •  Certification and extensive experience teaching ICS
  •  Certified WMD Awareness Instructor
  •  Certified Radiological Awareness Instructor
  •  Emergency management experience in New York City (NYC)
  •  First responder experience and/or worked for a NYC agency in the area of emergency management
  •  Designing, developing, and conducting all types of exercises
  •  Teaching CIMS courses for NYC agencies
  •  Working knowledge of CIMS implementation
  •  Facilitating tabletop exercises with large groups
